The PlayGround Theatre entertains, provokes, and inspires South Florida audiences with high-quality, innovative theatre.
Founded in 2004, the not-for-profit company has produced ten plays that captivate audiences of all ages and abilities. Our shows reflect the international flavor of our community and expose audiences to the literature, art, and culture of China, England, Colombia, Italy, Sumeria, and beyond. Our Theatre Inclusion Program ensures that our performances are accessible to all children and adults, and our workshops, classes, and camps provide a variety of theatre education opportunities in parks, schools, and hospitals as well as at our own venue.
